TEAS BY LIKI

ARTISANAL BLACK TEA MANUFACTURE
Black Tea is a reference to the colour of its leaf – a result of the oxidation process that occurs during its manufacture, which brews a darker tea in comparison to the other teas. Ceylon Tea is necessarily quintessential black tea and ranks among the finest in the world. The terroir of tea, or where it is grown, and the seasonal weather patterns affect its taste and personality creating a wide variety of black teas.

ARTISANAL GREEN TEA MANUFACTURE

Although synonymous with Japan because of its popularity with the Japanese, green tea’s origins can be traced back to China dating back over 4,000 years. Historically used as both a beverage and a medicine in China and the rest of Asia, green tea has become vastly popular in the Western world in the recent years purely due to its medicinal virtues. Since green tea is unfermented it retains its green appearance. It is best taken straight so that you may enjoy its delicate flavour.

ARTISANAL WHITE TEA MANUFACTURE

White tea is much rarer than the other types of tea since it’s fairly limited in production. Understandably, it is one of the most expensive teas. White tea is entirely handmade and yields a delicate brew. The name "white tea" derives from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant, which gives it a whitish appearance.
